At Weldon Bicycle Suspension we pride ourselves on delivering high quality customer service. We are passionate bike riders, who as bike mechanics know what it takes to maintain the smooth running of your bike.
We service all bikes to the highest professional standards. We use specific torques, oils, lubricants and servicing techniques in accordance with relevant manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimal results.
We offer three “tune-up” servicing options all of which are designed to insure you are maximizing your bike’s performance.
Weldon Bicycle Tune-Up - €45
Includes:
- Thoroughly clean frame
- Adjust and reset headset, bottom bracket, wheel bearings/hubs and pedals
- True both wheels
- Adjust, re-lube and re-index both front and rear derailleur
- Adjust, re-lube and re-set front and rear brakes
- Re-lube all brake and gear housing
- De-grease and re-lube chain. Pump Tyres
- Test ride and fix any other minor problems.
Weldon Pre-Race Tune-Up - €65
Includes:
- All of the checks from the general Tune Up service PLUS
- Re-place all gear and brake cable and housing
- Degrease, clean and regrease headset, bottom bracket, wheel bearings/hubs and pedals
- Remove both derailleurs, disassemble, degrease, clean, lube, re-grease and reassemble
- Using non-toxic detergents, we thoroughly de-grease, clean & protect your crankset, chain and rear cassette
- Re-assemble all components
- Test ride and fix any other minor problems
Weldon Annual Tune-Up - €140
Includes:
- All of the checks from the Weldon Pre-Race Tune-Up PLUS
- Complete replacement of all bearings including your headset, bottom bracket, wheel bearings/hubs and pedal bearings
- New Sram Chain
- Disc brake mounts chased and faced
- Hydraulic brakes bleed
- Adjust frame and derailleur hanger when needed (if you ride Trails, you will need this!!!)
- Test Ride and final checks.
Weldon Hydraulic Brakes-Bleed - €35
Includes: A full bleed of your brakes, completely emptying the system of used fluid and replacing with the highest quality fluid product as recommended by your systems Manufacturer. This service allows you to bleed your brakes, your way. Do you want them solid, firm, soft, spongy etc? You tell us how you like your brakes to feel and we’ll deliver. (And yes, all waste fluid is disposed off in an environmentally friendly manner).
